Quartet Community Foundation is one the UK’s leading Community Foundations with more than 30 years success in matching donors with local community projects that support this area’s most disadvantaged people. With a permanent endowment of over £27 million, last year alone we distributed grants worth over £3 million to nearly 1,000 different organisations, making a real difference to the lives of those most in need in our community.
We’re looking for a special person to join our dedicated Philanthropy Team. You will be a vital link between people who want to give to local good causes and local projects that need funding. You’ll be at the forefront of helping local good causes to survive and thrive by supporting community groups and local charities applying for grants. Through your work assessing and monitoring the grants we’ve made you’ll be very influential and you’ll use your knowledge of what’s happening in communities to give excellent advice to donors.
If you feel passionately about inspiring local philanthropy to make a real difference to disadvantaged people – and if you have experience of grant-making, working in the third sector and/or working in fundraising, development or sales – then we want to hear from you.
Applicants are invited to apply by sending a letter of application stating how you meet the criteria, along with your CV and a completed application form to email@example.com by 5pm on Monday 30 April 2018. Interviews will take place on Thursday 3 May 2018.
A full application pack can be found on our website.
