Finance assistant – 15hrs per week – permanent contract

£22,500 pa pro rata

As one of the UK’s leading Community Foundations and with a permanent endowment now worth over £50 million, last year alone we distributed 984 grants worth almost £4million across the West of England.  This funding supports voluntary and community organisations working to improve the lives of local people.

As our Finance Assistant you will play an important part, working with the Finance Officer and Finance Manager, to support Quartet Community Foundation’s core Philanthropy work.

Your duties will include: invoice management; processing donations; Gift Aid claims; and weekly grants payments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong administrative and spreadsheet skills, and who has a good eye for detail.
