We are recruiting for a Head of Operations to join Quartet’s senior management team.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Operations is a key role within Quartet, forming part of the senior management team with the CEO, Philanthropy Director and Head of Finance.

As Quartet continues to grow and embrace new ways of working, this exciting and multidisciplinary role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.

Highlights of the role:

• Full time : 35 hrs per week
• Salary: circa £40,000 to £42,000pa depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave, plus all bank holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year
• Employee benefit scheme
• 5% employee contribution to pension fund.
