The work continues at pace, as we have 16 grant progs now open. 1,000s of local people benefit from support thanks to the great work of local charities receiving grants through us. At this challenging time for local charities we’re really pleased to open the brand new Resilience Grant Programme. This is only possible thanks to our donors and fund holders.

·         Resilience Programme    NEW

Max grant awarded: Grants up to £10,000

Closing date: 19 May

·         Express Grant (Includes Coronavirus Response)     

Max grant awarded: between £500-£5,000

Opening date:  open all year

·         R W Barnes Bursary Grant  

Max grant awarded: £2,500

Closing date: 9 July 2021, 1pm

·         Stoke Park Group Friend’s Fund Grant 

Max grant awarded: up to £1,000 can be awarded for activities that benefit a single person. Up to £3,000 can be awarded for activities that benefit multiple people

Opening date:  open all year

·         Surviving Winter

Max grant awarded: up to £3,000

Closing date: the grant programme will remain open until the available funds have been awarded

·         Bath Half Marathon Fund Grant 

Max grant awarded: £2,000

Closing date: 21 May 2021, 1pm

·         High Sheriff of Somerset Charitable Trust – Neighbourhood & PCSO Policing Fund 

Max grant awarded: the smallest grant the panel will award is £250, and the largest will be £5,000. We expect the average award to be around £1,500

·         High Sheriff of Somerset Charitable Trust Grant 

Max grant awarded: up to £1,500

Opening date: applications can be made at any time, but are awarded quarterly by the panel. Applications should be received by 10 May 2021 to be considered at the next panel meeting

·         Bristol City Council Youth Sector Support grant programme – Partnerships 

Maximum grant awarded: the funding from the programmes is split among the three areas of Bristol, with the allocations listed below, and we are expecting there to be one successful application per area:

·         North = £25,200

·         East Central = £35,385

·         South = £44,415

Closing date: submit an Expression of Interest before 7 May 2021

·         Bristol City Council Youth Sector Support Programme 

Max grant awarded: £5,000

Closing date: 14 May 2021, 12pm

·         Bristol City Funds: BCH Health & Wellbeing Grant  

Max grant awarded: up to £20,000 per year, for a maximum of 2 years

Closing date: 27 April 2021, 11am

·         Megawatt Community Energy Grant Programme (Bristol, North Somerset, South Glos)  

Max grant awarded: £4,000. In exceptional circumstances higher awards may be considered

Closing date: 2 June 2021, 10am 

·         Wesleyan Foundation (Bristol) 

Max grant awarded: £2,000 – £10,000

Closing date: 29 April 2021, 12pm

·         North Somerset Community Partnership Grant 

Max grant awarded: up to £20,000

Closing date: 3 June 2021, 2pm

Max grant awarded: between £20 – £500
