Are you a Bristol project working on social change that could benefit from around £4,000?

Five projects benefited from the live fundraising session last year

If so you’re invited to apply to pitch your project at The Funding Network this autumn.

At The Funding Network on Thursday 18 October 2018 five Bristol projects, all working for social change, will have six minutes to convince audience members about their cause. They will then go home with funds raised during a lively crowdfunding session. TFN will take place at the offices of TLT, 1 Redcliff Street, Bristol.

Last year’s projects all went home with around £4,000 each.

The grant programme is now open for applications – closing date is 12noon 30 July 2018.

What is The Funding Network?

The Funding Network (TFN) runs exciting face-to-face fundraising events that provide a platform for organisations to present their work to those interested in supporting enterprising social change. Donations are conducted during a lively pledging session but can also be made anonymously on the night.

TFN Bristol focuses on showcasing social change projects which address the root causes of an issue or pioneer new ways of tackling problems and that actively promote change.

How do I apply?

TFN Bristol is keen for projects based in Bristol and working with the local community to apply. Organisations selected to present at the evening event will normally be small or medium-sized, where around £4,000 would make a useful contribution either to a particular piece of work or to the organisation’s core costs.
