Lucy Gilbert

Head of Research & Learning

Lucy is responsible for Quartet’s research and learning activities including producing our social needs reports and is involved in some of our collaborative work.

Lucy has a degree in Social Anthropology from Cambridge and a master’s in development studies from Manchester. She joined Quartet in 2014, before which she worked in mental health and homelessness services and spent time living in Egypt.

In her spare time she is a trustee of a small international development charity. Lucy also sings in an a cappella close-harmony trio and tends to her unmanageably large allotment.
