Sarah is a member of the Senior Management team leading the Finance team and is responsible for the financial management of Quartet. Strong financial planning, management and oversight is vital to the success of most organisations, and at Quartet we are responsible for a multi-million pound grants and fund management programme as well as for a major Endowment Fund.
As Head of Finance it’s her role to ensure we have the best systems and processes in place to achieve this, and for the organisation to run smoothly and successfully.
Her previous roles have all been financial ones, including with a major bank and in the construction industry. In 2004 she made a life changing decision to move across to the charity sector, joining Quartet as its Finance Officer. Sarah hasn’t looked back, progressing and gaining in experience year on year. She feels proud to work now as Quartet’s Head of Finance.
Sarah has a creative side too and enjoys needlework. She’s part of a family of sports lovers – football, swimming and athletics – although her involvement is mostly as a spectator!
