My name is Charlene, and I am an Operations Officer based in our Bristol office. I support the Head of Operations in ensuring the smooth running of Quartet, providing administrative support to the Board of Trustees and governance functions, as well as supporting internal people processes across the organisation.
With over six years of experience at Quartet, my role also includes a strong HR focus. I oversee recruitment administration, support new starters, and manage day-to-day HR records.
I am also proud to be Quartet’s first Mental Health First Aider.
Outside of work, I serve as a School Governor at my son’s former primary school. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and (attempting to) learn new languages.
