Lucy is Quartet’s Director of Development, leading the organisation’s work to grow philanthropy, build strategic partnerships and secure long-term investment to strengthen communities across the West of England.
Lucy has worked in development and fundraising roles since 2007 and spent the previous eight and a half years at Young Bristol, where she led fundraising and partnerships during a period of significant growth and helped strengthen the charity’s long-term financial sustainability.
Passionate about the power of philanthropy to create lasting local impact, Lucy enjoys building meaningful relationships with donors, partners and communities, and is excited to help shape Quartet’s ambitious future.
Outside of work, Lucy is a Trustee of Citizens Advice Bristol, and enjoys spending time with her two children, getting outdoors and making the most of everything the region has to offer.
